My name is Randy Watkins, a loan officer with Willow Bend Mortgage in Plano, Texas. The first year that we worked together, I put somewhere between five and $7 million of closed business in my pipeline. And last year it went even more. And just this year, we did the reactivation campaign and off that one campaign, I think I put eight refinances together. So within a matter of hours of hitting sand on the campaign, my email was blowing up. My texts were blowing up and I was able to put eight transactions in the pipeline. Right now I'm running about an average loan amount of $2.57. And so eight transactions at $2.57 puts me just over $2 million on one campaign. And we've closed all those. I have a couple that were closing out next week, but they're clear to close just waiting for the borrowers to be back in town from spring break. The most successful realtor relationship that I've developed has been with Kaye who's with Keller Williams out of Grapevine and we've worked together. I think we're on transaction 16 now. I just closed on her parents loan in February. So I was very happy about that. That was our 16th transaction. And that all came off of one Facebook lead February of last year. So we're on pace to continue doing business. And it's really nice to be able to get a shot. But that's the most successful one that I have. And 16 transactions, you know, with the average loan amount of where I'm at is just over $4 million in production just from one real estate transaction that we started with. There really are some people who have been positively impacted because there are some of my referral partners who honestly struggle to generate business when they were first starting. And I was actually being able I was able to provide a lead source for them. So it helped them to get up, get on their feet. I was able to work with them. And I can't even talk about how many families we've helped with the programs with the down payment assistance to, you know, where I've had families crying at a table because they didn't, you know, a year before they were homeless and now here they were buying their own home and they just couldn't understand how we were making it happen. But they were very thankful that we did. I've been able to work with several veterans who came in. We were able to help use the same system because it's funny. They would see the ads and then the ads would just even though that was kind of what got their attention as we talked and we learned more about each other, they were able to understand that we could have programs that could help veterans, even though that's not what we were advertising with with the ads. So, yes, I've been able to close on several veterans, get them into homes and help the best one. There was somebody who was living in an RV and he was laughing when we closed because his house payment is lower, is less than the lot rental for his RV. So that's what's funny. He gets to move his RV in the backyard now and he's paying less money on a monthly basis. It is a veteran owned business. Being a veteran myself, I try to help, you know, keep business back in the community, take care of referral partners. And Brandon Wong is somebody that I've been able to work with in the past and he just wanted to give an opportunity to see that he could do exactly what he said. And I haven't been I haven't been disappointed. I've been extremely happy with everything. Anybody who's on the fence needs to take a chance. And I firmly believe they'll get results from it.
